Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando-John Young Parkway/South Park

My husband and I travel from TN to KW Florida multiple times a year. We always enjoy this property. It’s clean, comfortable, near all the main freeways, and the staff is beyond nice :) Always excellent service. They seem to genuinely enjoy their work atmosphere. Val is usually at the desk, but I have to say that EVERY employee I have encountered has been very kind, including the breakfast staff and housekeeping. Employees are what makes any business succeed or fail. I hope Hampton Inn / Hilton franchise appreciates everyone they have working at this location. It’s always a pleasure :)

Excellent location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet included was very good, a little of everything (eggs, waffles, toast, fruit, etc)! They have a guest laundry, very convenient. Ample room and comfy beds. The bathroom was very clean.

The facility was new and clean. Well-equiped. For those open to public transportation, there is a bus stop about 300 yards away with a bus route to the airport with one easy connection. Cost - $2 per person!

When I got to my room I was blown away. The size of the rooms are unbelievable. Thanks to Booking.com and renting only hours before my stay I got a 40% to 50% discount on my stay. The bed and the bedding were so comfortable and luxurious. I slept like a baby and overall exceeded my expectations.

I was a bit concerned when booking due to some reviews I read on this hotel and others that were at that price range. Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando- John Young Pkwy/South Park totally dispelled all my concerns from the moment I entered. The lobby was really nice and clean. It was quiet and the staff was super nice accommodating. We arrived about half-hour before normal check-in and the party for our second room wasn't their yet, but they still managed to get the rooms next to each other. The breakfast was excellent each day and the passion fruit juice was a crowd pleaser. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable (loved the pillows). The cleaning crew were very polite and came everyday per our request. The hotel was close to lots of shopping (we practically ended up getting groceries) and it was 7-20mins from the convention center, the airport and Disney Workd; very convenient location. Great value.
